El ma\u00eetre d&#8217;h\u00f4tel al que se le da el cr\u00e9dito de haber inventado la receta es Oscar Tschirky, aunque la autor\u00eda de sus creaciones hoy en d\u00eda todav\u00eda son objeto de disputa. Oscar Tschirky reclama la creaci\u00f3n de otros platos servidos en el Waldorf, incluyendo los huevos Benedict. En el Waldorf-Astoria se presentan dos variantes, <strong>una de las cuales lleva nueces caramelizadas y vinagreta de trufa negra, mientras que la otra condimenta las nueces con alm\u00edbar de cilantro.<\/strong> En otras versiones tambi\u00e9n se suele variar el aderezo con yogur. <em><strong>Muchas de estas variantes tienen por finalidad adaptarse a los gustos actuales.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes de la ensalada Waldorf Cvpcruz.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>750 g. Manzana tipo Reineta.                                                                                                                               C\/S <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.estudiarcocinaygastronomia.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/18\/salsas-basicas-o-madre-en-la-cocina\/\" target=\"_blank\">Salsa Mahonesa.<\/a><br>100 g. Nueces.                                                                                                                                                                 C\/S Nata.<br>100 g. Apio.                                                                                                                                                                   C\/S Cebollino.<br>1 ud. Lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer la ensalada Waldorf con pollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como hacer la ensalada Waldorf:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelar, lavar, descorazonar y cortar la manzana en <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.estudiarcocinaygastronomia.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/07\/tipos-de-corte-en-verduras\/\" target=\"_blank\">juliana gruesa<\/a>. Rociar con zumo de lim\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Cascar las nueces y cortarlas en <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.estudiarcocinaygastronomia.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/07\/tipos-de-corte-en-verduras\/\" target=\"_blank\">juliana<\/a>, reservando algunas enteras para decorar.<\/li><li>Lavar, eliminar los hilos y cortar el apio en j<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.estudiarcocinaygastronomia.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/07\/tipos-de-corte-en-verduras\/\" target=\"_blank\">uliana fina<\/a>. Colocar en un recipiente con agua y hielo.<\/li><li>Picar el cebollino.<\/li><li>Aligerar la Salsa Mahonesa con un poco de nata semimontada.<\/li><li>Escurrir el apio y secar bien con papel absorbente.<\/li><li>Mezclar la manzana con un poco de Salsa Mahonesa aligerada.<\/li><li><strong>Montaje:<\/strong> colocar un aro de acero inox. en el centro de un plato trinchero. Llenar la mitad del aro con la manzana, colocar las nueces y terminar de llenar el aro con el apio. Presionar el timbal y retirar el aro. Colocar m\u00e1s apio dando altura y salsear con unos cordones de Salsa Mahonesa.
