Introducir las patatas y pocharlas hasta que el centro est\u00e9 cocinado.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10.<\/td><td>Extraer las patatas y escurrir sobre sombrero y posteriormente sobre papel absorbente.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>11.<\/td><td>En el momento del servicio, calentar el aceite a unos 180-190\u00baC e introducir las patatas que vayamos a utilizar fri\u00e9ndolas hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>12.<\/td><td>Extraer las patatas y escurrir sobre sombrero y posteriormente sobre papel absorbente.
