class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>0.<\/td><td>Mise en place de g\u00e9neros y \u00fatiles.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1.<\/td><td>Pelar y cortar&nbsp; las patatas en rodajas regulares de \u00bd cm. con ayuda de la mandolina o con el cuchillo cebollero. Introducir en un recipiente con agua.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2.<\/td><td>Calentar una parisienne con aceite a unos 150\u00baC. Introducir las patatas y pocharlas hasta que el centro est\u00e9 medio cocinado.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3.<\/td><td>Extraer, escurrir y salpimentar.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4.<\/td><td>Pelar los ajos y majar en un mortero con un poco de sal.
