En el comedor se traduce en la disposici\u00f3n de mesas, cuberter\u00eda, manteler\u00eda, etc. El mise en place es una de las descripciones que aparece en los libros acerca de las recetas de\u00a0cocina.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>El cocinero que prepara una adecuada mise en place puede realizar las labores de cocinado y ensamblaje de platos sin estr\u00e9s.<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es casi obligado en cocinas profesionales donde los platos necesitan de elaboraci\u00f3n en tiempos determinados. El concepto nace de la \u00e9poca de Auguste Escoffier y algunos cocineros modernos dicen del mise en place ser su religi\u00f3n: Anthony Bourdain.
