cortar."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como coger el cuchillo y postura a la hora de cortar.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar para cortar de forma adecuada aunque nos sorprenda no es tener un cuchillo, <strong>sino una buena superficie de trabajo<\/strong>, empezamos la casa por los cimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto en nuestra zona de trabajo la higiene es primordial, siempre dispondremos de un peque\u00f1o barre\u00f1o con agua jabonosa y una bayeta para desinfectar la tabla cada vez que la utilicemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez limpia la mesa de trabajo debemos colocar la tabla de corte, pero <strong>NO DIRECTAMENTE SOBRE LA MESA<\/strong>, sino que deberemos estabilizarla poniendo un pa\u00f1o debajo para evitar que se mueva, tambi\u00e9n utilizaremos una tabla adecuada para el alimento que vamos a cortar, por ejemplo, si son verduras la tabla debe ser de color verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Preparada la superficie de trabajo necesitamos un cuchillo adecuado para el alimento que vamos a cortar, en este caso un cebollero (en este curso los cuchillos \u201ctodoterreno\u201d ser\u00e1n un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"cebollero de 20cm de hoja y una puntilla de 10cm) (se abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2VwozJk\" target=\"_blank\">cebollero de 20cm de hoja y una puntilla de 10cm)<\/a>, para evitar cortarnos entramos en otra contradicci\u00f3n, el&nbsp;<strong>cuchillo deber\u00e1 estar muy bien afilado <\/strong>ya que de esa manera se deslizar\u00e1 de forma suave y certera por donde nosotros queramos, no podemos olvidar que antes de empezar a trabajar debemos tener un recipiente con el producto que vamos a cortar, otro para las mermas y otro para colocar el producto ya cortado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Cuando tenemos todo listo, MISE EN PLACE, podemos proceder a cortar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong> Posici\u00f3n del clave<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de empezar cortar un producto debemos hacerle una base para evitar que se mueva, por ejemplo, una patata es redonda y para evitar que se mueva y
